The CPAA grew out of decades of research at Columbia University and the patented software behind the assessment was developed in collaboration with MIT.
Aligned to individual state standards and the Common Core State Standards, the CPAA provides information that helps you quickly identify where your students are with respect to end of year expectations. All content was designed by early childhood experts to adhere closely to the developmental appropriateness criteria established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
